PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Moffatt Township Planning Commission has called for a public hearing to change the enforcement language within both the township and blight ordinances. Violations will now become municipal civil infractions, instead of misdemeanors. Meeting to be held on Thurs, Oct 24, at 5PM, at the Moffatt Twp Fire Hall located at 1590 M-76 in Alger, MI.
All interested persons are invited to be present at the aforesaid time and place and to submit comments concerning any of the foregoing.Marion J Chard
