PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Moffatt Township Planning Commission has called for a public hearing to evaluate the revised Moffatt Township Ordinance, on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 5PM, at the Moffatt Twp Fire Hall at 1590 M-76 in Alger, MI.
Attached, please find the proposed Moffatt Township Ordinance for your review. This revised ordinance will go before the township board and a public hearing before it can be approved for publication. Please see the post dated May 13, 2024, for the public hearing information.
